How many of us get gung-ho on a new goal, only to find ourselves 2-weeks later super busy and discouraged with little to no results. We have ALL been there. When I started implementing EMOM (every minute on the minute) workouts into my fitness routine years ago, it completely transformed the way I worked out. Not only did it completely transform my physique by allowing me to burn fat while maintaining my muscle, but it also transformed my cardiovascular health and I found myself not having to stop and catch my breath during hikes, climbing stairs, etc. EMOMs allowed me to train with intensity AND cut my workout time in half. They made such an impact on my fitness that I created this guide to share with all of you so you could experience first-hand the incredible power of EMOMs!
Now, years later, I am still implementing EMOM workouts into my weekly routine and they have become even more necessary as a new mom since I don’t have much time to get a workout in these days. Although I developed this guide years ago, the workouts are just as effective and I continue to use these same movements in my daily workouts!
