Four Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe

If you’re a peanut butter lover like me you’re going to LOVE these 4 ingredient peanut butter cookies!! They are super simple to make and so tasty! I love these cookies because they are a nutrient dense dessert option, packed full of protein and made with a natural sugar source! So you can enjoy a yummy treat while nourishing your body. It’s the best of both worlds!

P.S. If you don’t like or can’t have peanut butter you could also swap it out for a different nut butter!

Here’s everything you need:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Before you get started preheat your oven to 350 and grease a baking sheet

  2. Combine the almond flour, syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl

3. Mix all ingredients together until smooth

4. Roll out the dough into teaspoon sized balls

5. Squish two of the balls together side-by-side on your baking sheet

6. Press a fork into the dough to create a hatch design

7. Once you have used up all of the dough, bake in the oven for 10 minutes

8. Remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy!!
